Nancy De Andrade, PhD <p> Founder, The Wholeness Model™

Why doesn't success always feel fulfilling?

You are the person others turn to when they need clarity, direction, or someone they can trust to figure things out.

And yet beneath the competence, success, and responsibility, something still feels out of alignment. A relationship that keeps breaking down, an overwhelm that no amount of restructuring fixes, a version of yourself you perform for the world, and a different one underneath that hasn’t had much room to breathe.

You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and understand the concepts. You know the strategies, yet you keep finding yourself in the same patterns.

That’s not a failure of effort. It’s a signal that what is needed requires something deeper than strategy.

Beneath the strategy, there is an identity.

Most transformation efforts focus on changing behaviors or thoughts. Real transformation asks a deeper question:

Who became this version of you?

What holds us back isn’t a lack of knowledge, it’s an identity we’ve outgrown. The self that learned to achieve, to manage, to hold it all together, that was built under specific conditions, often at the cost of emotional depth, intimacy, and wholeness.

Real transformation requires going beneath the narratives, examining the structures of identity itself, releasing what no longer belongs, and rebuilding with intention. This process, in many traditions, is called Ego death and rebuild: the dissolution of a self that was assembled under pressure, and the construction of one that is chosen.

This process of transformation requires a holistic approach, informed by psychology, neuroscience, somatic approaches, contemplative traditions, and years of interdisciplinary study in human wellbeing.

These are the core principles of The Wholeness Model™, recognizing that transformation isn't only psychological: it involves the body, relationships, beliefs, meaning, and the way we engage with life.

A clear process. No guesswork.

You have taught me to trust myself, to heal myself, and to have faith in the process. Becoming strong and living fully is a testament to what this work makes possible.

Thank you for helping me understand when my nervous system gets hijacked — and what to do about it. Genuinely one of the most useful things I’ve learned.

G.

Thank you for all you’ve done to support my life force for 20 years. I’m finally living my life out loud.

 S.

After talking to you, I feel fire inside me growing again. I see how valuable and effective is to talk to someone, especially someone who is so good as you, who nails it and tells it like it is. I might hurt a little but it will give me freedom.

C.

Your somatic experiences are phenomenal. You get people to the place they struggle with reaching on their own. You are basically a psychedelic experience!
