Many people wait until there is a crisis or they have problems to seek out help. And this is a very typical medical model, if you are sick, then go to the doctor. But what about preventative work? What about working on your being from a holistic
perspective, addressing your body and mind through nutrition, exercise, being outdoors,
or receiving acupuncture, or a massage? And let’s not forget the mental health aspect. It’s important that you don’t wait for a crisis to talk to a counselor or a coach. In addition, try meditating or journaling. Doing more of these preventative techniques
can help you connect to your true self and help you experience a more fulfilling and
